UltraClean™ High Speed Door

With speeds of up to 60 inches per second the UltraClean™ helps control the environment by minimizing the exchange of airborne contaminates between two areas.

UltraClean's™ side columns, roll and motor covers, corner brackets, shafts, and bottom bar are made of 304 grade stainless steel to protect against moisture, bacteria, corrosion and other unwanted contaminates.

Two piece side column design allows the side columns to be taken apart for easy cleaning.

With the exclusive self-repairing BacFlap Auto-Reset System, door repair is automatic. After a door is impacted, the driver simply follows the directions on the screen, pushes a button and the door repairs itself.

Everyone knows that no matter how fast a door is, it will get hit. In addition, while it is great to have a break-away door, it is far better to have a break-away door that is self-repairing.

These doors offer more protective sensors than anyone in the industry. As a result, the risk of injury to people and damage to product is reduced significantly.

One of the most common causes of injury is when a door comes down on a person and hits them in the head or face. This is often the result of photo eyes being improperly installed, or worse, not installed at all.

The UltraGuard safety system offers a full curtain of protection up to approximately six feet high on both sides of the door. As a result, loads cannot go below or through the beams without being detected. Once an object is detected, the door automatically retracts.

UltraClean uses durable 40 ounce vinyl panel material with pocketed aluminum ribs.

All these high speed doors come standard with an exclusive patent pending and fully modular UltraSmart Controller.

In the event of a problem, the UltraSmart Controller diagnoses it and recommends a solution. If the door is impacted and breaks away, the Controller walks the operator through all the steps required to fix the door quickly and without hassle.

The UltraClean UltraSmart control box comes standard with an integrated rotary disconnect.
